Impeccable attention to grooming, performed with a fleet of state-of-the-art equipment, results in superior snow surfaces for both in-track and skate skiing. Trails are groomed non-holiday midweek days with the same care and exacting attention to detail as they are groomed on weekends and holidays. Our private 38K groomed XC trail offers a mix of easy, intermediate, and difficult rated trails. Most groomed trails are one way, offering serene conditions even on busy days. The Park features a warming lodge with ski rentals, food, beverages, and restrooms. Rentals are available on a first come, first served basis. The Winter Park is located at an elevation of 1,100 feet which helps capture addition snow during storms. Along with a forested northwest trail system, this helps maintain a good snow base. The Osceola Ski & Sport Resort is excited about our inaugural year in the cross country ski business. We have been busy building trails over the summer and we will have a brand new building to accommodate many ski enthusiasts. We love the winter! You won't feel cold when you strap on a pair of cross country skis or snow shoes...in fact, you might need to peel back layers after you get your blood moving and warm up on the trails. Dress in multiple waterproof and wicking layers to keep dry and warm no matter what nature hands you.
Located in the heart of the Tug Hill, we want to continue to share the 100+ acres of gorgeous trails original owner, Hugh Quinn, designed and developed over the last 40 years. We are amazed at what he created and the beauty of this land. Add snow, stir, and fun will be had!!
Our newly remodeled lodge is warm and dry. When you arrive, stop into the main lodge for tickets, ski and/or snowshoe rentals, snack bar, and retail store. Warm up next to our woodstove or tailgate and enjoy our outdoor seating and firepit. A day outdoors is always a good time!
The trail system at Brookhaven has been 25 years in the making. A passion for downhill skiing brought us to Alpine Meadows Road and the wonderful community ski mountain there. When the area closed in 1993 I focused my energy on creating a cross country ski trail network. In the years since, trails have been added and removed and recently have grown to take advantage of the Town of Greenfield’s Brookhaven Park and can now boast nearly 9 miles of groomed ski and snowshoe trails as well as a full service restaurant on the weekends.
