Western Foothills Land Trust/Roberts Preserve
Description
Roberts Farm Preserve is located just outside of downtown Norway offering a variety of recreational opportunities. Preserve visitors can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and take in the beautiful view from the Libby Trail in the summer and fall, while enjoying nearly 25 kilometers of groomed Nordic skiing in the winter.
Dogs are welcome on the trails spring-fall, and on the Walker and Janet's snowshoe trails in the winter time. The preserve can also be accessed from the Farm to Town Trail system located at 22 Water Street, physically connecting the preserve to downtown.
The Warming Hut at Roberts Farm Preserve is open daily during ski season, providing Nordic ski equipment and snowshoes for use by donation. Check our website daily once the snow flies for the daily trails report.
