Over 37 kilometers of impeccably groomed and track set trails are accessible right from the village and your hotel. Truly unique to Sun Peaks, guests can hop aboard the Morrisey Express chairlift for exceptional access to seemingly endless backcountry terrain and scenic mountain views off the Holy Cow trail. Or ski with the entire family—including the dog—on the pet-friendly route to the McGillivray Lake Outpost warming hut.
Lost Lake offers 25 km of cross country trails and 15 km of snowshoe trails with incredible views of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. The cross country trails are groomed daily for classic and skate techniques, with four kilometres lit for night skiing.

Whether you are a skate or a classic skier, a beginner or an expert, there is terrain here for everyone. With the largest ski school in Canada our experts will get you out skiing in no time.
Lost Lake Park features over 30 km of cross-country skiing trails with incredible views of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. Enjoy a circuit on the groomed trails, night skiing or a lesson to improve your skills. Snowshoeing is also available at the park, which is just a short walk from Whistler Village.
Dakota Ridge Ski Areas
Dakota Ridge on BC’s Sunshine Coast is a 1,532 acre plateau featuring 20 kilometres of world-class groomed and track-set cross-country ski trails (classic and skate) and 8 kilometres of snowshoe trails plus acres of backcountry terrain. The trails wind through old-growth forests and open areas in a beautiful subalpine setting. Topping out at 1,200 metres, amazing views of the Coast Mountains, Vancouver Island, and Georgia Straight capture the magic of the Sunshine Coast.
