description Winter transforms the Adirondacks into a frozen oasis of snow and skiing fun! Garnet Hill Lodge is a complete winter resort with mountain and wilderness view guest rooms and fine dining and the new Miner's Pub. The cross-country ski center has 55 kilometers of groomed trails, a PSIA certified ski school, and a fully stocked ski shop with rentals, sales and repairs. The nearby Adirondack wilderness areas offer unlimited backcountry ski and snowshoe routes to mountain summits and remote ponds including the exciting Gore to Garnet backcountry ski tour.
