Tahoe Donner offers a great variety of skiing terrain. You can ski through pines, climb peaks or gentle rolling hills through Aspens, or the flats of Euer Valley. The day lodge has a resturant, retail and rental shop, locker and wax rooms. We have an excellent ski school with great instructors for the beginner to the advanced skier.
On the trails enjoy the five warming huts. The one in Euer Valley called the "cookhouse" offers food and drinks on weekends an holidays.
The choice is yours on the types of terrain and the views. Remember "The skiing is out there".

Enjoy the sights of High Sierra lakes, snow covered pines and mountain peaks while skiing your way around. We're located a few miles out of the town of Mammoth Lakes with free bus service available. The Tamarack Ski School is under the direction of Olympian Nancy Fiddler & offers instuctions in a variety of formats for beginners to experts. During the full moon, winter moonlight tours are offered on skis and snowshoes. Tamarack Lodge has a fine dining restaurant, rooms & cabins for rent with direct skiing access to the trails. Tamarack is a fine place to relax for a few days and cross country ski.

Northstar-at-Tahoe Resort’s new Cross-Country, Telemark & Snowshoe Center is now open, offering guests convenient, direct access to the resort’s more than 35km of scenic trails for snowshoeing, cross-country and telemark skiing. Relocated to make room for the new Ritz-Carlton Highlands Resort being built at mid-mountain, the newly expanded 1,400 square foot Cross-Country Center is now conveniently located near the top of the Big Springs Express Gondola.
In addition to offering cross-country and telemark lessons, Northstar™ Resort’s cross-country center will host a myriad of events this season that include snowshoe running clinic, telemark camps, and full-moon snowshoe tours.

The Yosemite Cross Country Ski Center is a full service ski school, rental shop and guide service. We also rent snowshoes, child pulk sleds and have a modest snow tubing area. We also offer guided and and unguided overnight ski trips to our hut at magnificent Glacier Point Overlook (reservations required). Group ski lessons are offered at 10:15 am and 1:00pm.
Private lessons are offered at 9:00am and 3:00pm
We have a half day rate for rental equipment starting at 12:00pm and our hours of operation are from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Call 209 372 8444 for more information.
