Introduction

Please join us for the Eastern Meeting to be held at the Eastman Cross Country Center on Wednesday, Nov 2.  There will be fantastic presentations, the ability to try Swenor Rollers skis and Swix Fat Bikes, raffles and a silent auction.  In addition, you will be able to meet and spend time with other owner operators from throughout New England and Eastern Canada.

Please also remember the silent auction where we request that you bring a unique item from in an around your ski area to donate to the auction.

Registration

The cost to attend the Eastern Meeting is $59 and includes a continental breakfast and lunch.  Aurora Insurance will sponsor the happy hour, so please plan on staying and socializing.

Early Bird Special: Register and pay by October 1 and save $9 off the registration fee, total of $50.

Multiple Person Discount:  Any additional staff members from the same ski area are $39 each after the first two at full price.

Registration opens on Monday, September 5.

Lodging

Discount lodging for the meeting will be available at Dexter’s Inn (Sunapee, NH) for $95, plus the 9% state hotel tax, for a total of $103.55, either single-occupancy or double-occupancy.  Please contact them directly and mention CCSAA.

Steve shares economic best practices of rental fleet management and the positive ROI of regularly flipping your inventory before it becomes obsolete.  Steve will also touch on the retention benefits of current equipment technology.  Nate Harvey (Great Glen) will share his experience from a ski area perspective.

 Snowtubing – Interactive panel on snowtubing, the good, the bad and the ugly.  Panelists include Rebecca Dayton, Nate Harvey and Ellen Chandler
