The Welcome Pass is given by participating shops, catalogs, and internet retailers to new skiers who purchase any new skate or stride ski package. The Welcome Pass is good for three FREE visits to any of our participating ski areas. Your Pass will be punched at the ticket counter of the ski area with each visit. The Welcome Pass is non-transferable. The value of the redemption is the price of a trail pass from the redeeming ski center. You may be asked to show your new ski equipment at the ski area. We look forward to welcoming you to our ski centers. Have fun on our trails!
Winter Trails Day offers children and adults new to snow sports the chance to try snowshoeing and cross country skiing for free, and to discover the great fitness and social benefits with these easy-to-learn winter sports. The annual Winter Trails program is the month of January.

Cross Country Ski Areas Association supports getting children outside in the winter to play and slide on snow. Many of our member cross country ski areas have specific programs for kids. Those programs are outlined on this page. Please contact the individual ski areas for more information. And go outside this winter to play with your children! It's good for every body.
